Hot seat sure, but I think he’d get a 4th year. Probably depends on how the team looks
3 years with an overall losing record? I don't think so, if he gets a 4th year he would be fired the minute it looks bad in year 4 because the AD doesn't want to lose his job.

The amount of plays that exist in football is finite. There are only so many.

No playbook is entirely different than the next. Route trees are numbered, etc.

It’s not like a native English speaker being asked to speak fluent Swedish in 8 days.
Football coaches (especially college ones) have done an amazing job convincing people how hard it is and how much stuff you have to learn. Well, guess what, they are the ones creating it and teaching it so if it is that hard...THEY NEED TO CHANGE IT.

You don't need 47 different wants to run a FB Trap with the play call using up 32 words.

No! He just did what Husker fans have been calling for -for years. He is ejecting coaches who are underperforming (not White - he left on his own) Holgerson is a major upgrade.
He still has that ******* turd Satterfield, the ****** WRs coach and the special ream buddies. What a fvcking homer.

I have been as hard on Rhule as anyone has been. That Iowa loss was inexcusable. But it does give me a glimmer of hope that he actually will shake things up on the staff. How many coaches have we had that would not do that. Will it work? Time will tell. But at least a shake up is happening.

I want to see what the W/L record is next season, with a full year of DH calling plays and coordinating the offense, before I call for Rhule’s head on a platter.
