“Real money” is completely subjective. The real question is why you felt so inadequate that you needed to randomly talk baseless **** on the internet with your brave self 🤣
No real money vs fake money, not at all subjective. Now if you want to discuss the term a significant amount of money based on you situation as 'real money" that is a different subject.

And my post was, in fact, based on a point. That being, no one with sense was going to waste any amount of money on a Purdue moneyline bet vs Oregon, few even took the 29 1/2.

Ridiculing your silly bet isn't necessarily brave, it is just pointing out poor judgement.

Ridicule noted. Maybe someday we can get back to just posting bets instead of the TV character screen names turning this into an all-female office setting. Must have been theater guys in school.

Too-broke’s next over-compensating tough guy screen name:
nothing like witless morons attempting to be clever

don't hurt your shoulder patting your back too hard over this one, bud

lots more physical labor in front of you to make up for that whale of a $60 bet earlier in the season

what joke?

your "uncharacteristically large" bet that was "30x" your normal wager wasn't, in fact, $60?

other than that, everything else in my post is straight facts

swing that hammer, dumbf*ck!

Make sure to keep those soft hands well moisturized for your keyboard to keep the sick burns coming! Hope AI doesn’t take your soft, chair sitting, email sending, depression-inducing job, since you’re definitely not a professional gambler and have no physical skills ☹️

just wait for him to drop his much anticipated World Series bet on Friday!

definitely won't have anything to do with Fernando Valenzuela's recent passing

Will the Dodgers be sporting their 34 patch on the hat or the sleeve? That will be the determining factor on which way to go

Illinois +3 at home vs Minnesota
Vandy +6 1/2 (105) at Auburn
UTEP -3 at home vs MTSU
Nebraska - 6 1/2 at home vs UCLA
Iowa - 3 vs at home Wisconsin

I toyed with taking Vandy moneyline but the discounted vig and 6 1/2 points felt like a better value.

That Illini line kind of shows what most of us know. That is not a good team and NU should have won that game with ease.

The line has moved from Illini -1 1/2 to Minnesota -3. I am not sure this line is indicative of how the Nebraska game went or should have went. Similar to a potential Nebraska vs Colorado line, at this point in the season, would probably be closer than the -7 Nebraska was favored in early September.

You may actually want to look up what the term "traitor" means.

Who you think you are, Pedo Joe?

Calm down, it was meant to be tongue in cheek. There is enough drama in this thread already. I would not have thought Nebraska would keep it close either but I choose to not bet on Nebraska rather than bet against them. I don't like to cheer against my own bets.

Agreed. Nothing you said was wrong and it was blatantly obvious what you meant.

FYI, I've made 2 wagers on NU over the years and both times that they cover.

Here comes the "I don't listen to CowTERD, or Rome, or watch ESPN or Fox Sports or have TV or internet or Twitter" crowd...
yes, truly brave when people admit they cannot be entertained by sports entertainment personalities.

we should all hold a moment of silence for the soldiers who only listen to sports takes from the person one cubicle over.
