I feel weird typing this but the top tier gets what, $1,000 per player using a 85 player roster? And the lowest around $100? Definitely a kick in the balls to be tier 4 but not exactly life changing money, if I understand this correctly.

I don't know who "oldjar" is, nor do I know anything about his liking skills, but it's pretty clear that you keep doubling down on dumb. Just be better. I know you can do it.
Well it's obviously not good to be ranked that way due to poor performance on the field. But financially the difference of about $90,000 from top to bottom is pretty meaningless in the financial scheme of things.
