I do feel a bit for Terry.
He got that job because they made a mistake in canning Beard...then he had a nice run so they had to hire him but he knows he is basically gone after this year, so the stress must suck and by all accounts he is a good guy and good coach.
They are digging their own grave. Everyone knows that it triggers them, so trigger away people!

Was thinking about this the other day when I told a friend that I somehow knew how to find the hidden easter egg in the Atari 2600 game Adventure. I suppose that was around 1980 and I haven't a clue how I got the information to find it. Word of mouth at school I suppose, but how did they find it?

I attended the away A&M game right before we left the conference. I think it was the next day we were at a small McDs. An A&M fan comes up to us and says how sad it is the conference is breaking, fun fans together, etc. A grandma and 2 very young kids were in the booth behind us. The kids are giving the horns up to the A&M fan. Grandma stands up and says "no kids, its like this" and shows them how to give us all the middle finger.

I think Texas TOTALLY will regret this hire...great guy..., probs in over his head...
SEC is like a rowdy extended family that fights amongst itself. But will fight to protect family. If Texas comes in and starts causing problems and acting like a baby they are going to get ganged up on. At stadiums and in votes.
They sort of HAD to hire him because of how well he did, which I get. The firing part will be the hard part because he will do JUST enough to not be bad but not enough to be great.
