Do not like. I hate how ESPN is dominating college athletics. March Madness on CBS was a staple of my childhood. I guess no other network wants to pay that kind of money.

"March Madness" being the women's tournament in this case. CBS/Turner still has the men's tournament through 2032.

Holy ****. How the hell did CBS screw this up? ESPN is leveraging this deal to bump up ESPN+ subscriptions. I guarantee there will be Round 1 and 2 games only available on ESPN+.

after further investigation (a post by @Hford), it's been revealed that they did not screw this up

at least not yet

March Madness without Bill Raftery would never be the same. Couldn't stomach Bill Walton doing a tournament game (or regular season game, for that matter).

I am seriously hoping B1G network and/or FS1 is bringing Bill Walton to cover west coast conference games starting next season

Agreed. I love variety and competition when it comes to sports viewing and pretty much anything else. Heck, I still miss college hoops on NBC with Al McGuire and Billy Packer.

Dear gawd can you imagine having to listen to Dick Vitale call a national championship? Shrieking about diaper dandies, dropping friends’ names, and ignoring the game itself. Dodged that bullet for decades.
