If it was HIV, sure. But if it was herpes or something, I don't even know how that's a criminal offense. 20% of the population has herpes so are you going to throw all those people in jail?
He wasn’t arrested for having a STD, he was arrested for knowingly giving it to someone else. Pretty big difference.
If you have an STD and you knowingly give it to someone else, you should be in prison.
Tell him to use a skin or bounce. Sounds like a natural consequence for the female, I don't care if the dude says he is clean or not.
