This waiting sucks. Hugely. But its two days before early signing day, and he's favored here by everyone including the Fong. Might even still be on campus.

You can do whatever you want within reason. Free Speech etc. Part of what's great about the country. All you have been doing is bashing our recruiting efforts, Rhule etc. Not that I look for your posts but they are all just negative from what I can see. So I guess if that's what you wanna do, go for it. Not like you will care what some random loser from the internet tells you. But like I tell my kids, if you can't say anything nice, maybe its better not to say anything at all.

I don't understand the desire to make assumptions and then go 100 miles down the hypothetical track before we even know anything? I think it would be wise to just wait and see what happens in the next few days and reserve judgment until then...maybe even until January when all the portal dust has settled. Some of you are so committed to your positions (based on limited data) that you should honestly leave the board in shame if it turns out you're wrong. Or buy us all a beer.

McCord isn't a world beater, but damn... He's way better than anyone we have, had, or were realistically in play for us THIS transfer window.

Exactly. That's what some of these folks don't understand. The program/university/state has asked us for support for 20 years, they've spent 20 years messing around and not behaving like the program that was built here. They want our time, money, and attention but refuse to pay us back with the only thing we want in return: wins. That's a them problem, they need to correct that situation now and not act like we did something wrong.
Yep, have no idea what the kids are doing. Feel odd following this but here I am. Wish the kid good luck no matter what he does. But, Huskers have been so piss poor at everything since firing Bo that it would be nice to land a huge recruit.
We will all be fine either way. And my real team (buffalo bills) are turning it around and Josh Allen is probably my favorite player to watch ever - which they were a dead end team, too until they found their guy

- 1. We lost out of 7 months of him noy being here in the first place to help recruiting. I was already upset about that!
- 2. He then announces that he is visiting again, when McCord was on campus. Therefore losing out on two more recruits that could help Nebraska.
- 3. He has the coaching staff in his back pocket and they are catering to his every wish.
Those 3 things are 100% reason to be livid if he does not come here. Our recruiting class is what it is, because of Raiola tinkering around all recruiting cycle. I am willing to forgive and forget if he does end up here, but he dumps on us again... I will have some choice words, let's just say that

This isn't a shot at anyone, just me looking at what's going on.....why are we getting so worked up about one tweet or whatever from a guy most of us have never heard of who said DR was still talking to Smart? When I read that I mentally said, Okay. I can take that guy at face value.....or not. But I sure as hell am not going to get worked up about it. Maybe the guy is right or maybe he's a clickmeister. Time will tell.

Absolutely. Talking in hypotheticals is fun. I think some folks have accepted those hypotheticals as fact already, and then have talked themselves way out onto some ledges. They may certainly end up being right, but I think it will look pretty foolish if they end up being wrong.

I was fine with the waiting for the most part. It's the playing footsy and stringing us along that's starting to piss me off. And if he used us for more money or/and a guarantee, I would be fine with banning all Raoilas from campus
after the very public QB barnstorming tour the staff have been on since Thanksgiving that has essentially rubbed the current QB room's inadequacies directly in their faces, I have to think there will be some very pointed questions asked - both out in the open and behind closed doors - should the music stop without 1 or multiple new QBs
