Not enough. $2M with a HEAVY buyout attached if he goes to another team. He would have signed it for an extra $400k per year.
Is anyone ever happy? The guy just got a huge raise and we just got our up and coming DC for another year.
And when TO received a bonus or salary bump he shared it with his assistants a time or two, if not every time. TO knew the value of a consistent & loyal staff.
