Their GM and owner are their biggest problems. One can question Reich as a head coach but he wanted Stroud over Young and got overruled .

I did not understand the fascination with Bryce. No freaking way i'm taking that kid #1...but once you do it you have to burn thru at least two head coaches before you can admit the mistake, because they are easier to replace than #1 draft picks.
