You have to look at the teams he played...
Yea you’re right he beat northwestern (best win of the year) and didn’t lose to a 4-win Colorado or a 5-win Minnesota

Or **** his pants and fail to outscore the literal worst offense in all of college football

I will just say this. Sitting very close to the field today, Iowa was a MUCH more physically imposing team. No comparison. Not sure what it means, but we are not in the same league there.

Haha November and they were playing for a bowl In year one. Haha keep cheering for failure chuck. You and @king_kong_ can have a celebratory circle jerk in 4 years

Northwestern made a Bowl in Year One. Making a bowl is not an accomplishment in this joke of a division, and Rhule couldn't even do that.

Wrong. He needs to improve on his throwing and reads this offseason and get better. If he’s beat out, great. But he had all 5 wins under his belt this season. Don’t throw a way a kid that’s won P5 games.
Throw him away? Why, he's gonna be a good TE.

He beat one team with a winning record and they we’re under an interim coach. Of course, we beat Purdue and Illinois. They are football graveyards. Northern Illinois and Louisiana Tech were terrible this year and they are FCS and we played them at home. Yeah, I’m super impressed.

If any of the offensive coaches are still employed tomorrow, then this program is an even bigger joke than I thought.

You think Saban or Harbaugh wouldn't clean house?
Coaches like Saban and Harbaugh hire the best assistants they can find. The others hire their friends.

Rhule and Satterfield have a history together. I don’t see Rhule letting him go.

Any qb we would have had in their would have turned the ball over. It doesn't matter. Poorly coach on how to handle the ball.
Literally no idea what you’re talking about. You think our qb’s throw picks because they’re poorly coached?

Literally?
And yes, we turn the ball over because we have no discipline. Purdy has some moxie but his ball handling is atrocious, carrying the ball like a moron. No one's even poking it out, it's his own momentum and loose play.

Assuming you’re referring to Raiola…

Honest HYPOTHETICAL question… if you knew at this present moment that Dylan was gonna transfer next year because he wanted to play for Family AND we were gonna pay him a cool $Mil (or more), would you still have the same mentality? If it was known?
@kingkong… answer?

So his ball handling caused the interception? And the coaches are responsible for said ball handling?

listen. At the end of the day the coaches are responsible for everything. But maybe we should let the staff build the roster and develop of a culture before we try to roast them for every mistake.

That just shows you how far Nebraska had fallen under Riley and Frost.
Frost said this was a man's league and it is
Look how many Freshman played because of injuries

Purdy literally threw a pick right after a timeout that I m positive coaches told him that the only way we lose is if we turn ball over at this moment. The defender was directly in front of him.

That has nothing to do with him not seeing the defender drop underneath. Nothing.

Poorly coached players tend to turn the ball over more. In other words staring down receivers so that a defender can make an easy pick is all about coaching. Not that someone can’t make mistakes but when you keep making the same ones it becomes a learning issue. The defense got the ball back for the offense with 40 seconds and game tied. We lose game in regulation. Let that sink in. That is bad coaching. Iowa had less than 50 yards in the second half.

The hype to get to 6 wins? Or Rhule claiming his transfer QB is an NFL player?

I doubt many is going to hype up this team/program as long as Satterfield is around.
