It’s unfortunate that he was hurt so early in the season but after one of their early scrimmages something didn’t look right and I had a feeling he eventually wouldn’t play the entire season…

At least they have the rest of the season instead of the game next to last game of the season against us..

How many times have we had to play our backup QB against them since captain Kirk’s been there?

Will be interesting to see how Iowa's Pillsbury throwboy does the rest of the year. The drive for 325 is in full swing.

As others have mentioned, he hasn't been healthy all season. Probably at best 80% and now this. Tough break but "that's football".

It seems like he was playing at less than 100% this year.

That means the Hawkeye backup is highly QUESTIONABLE.

Seen him go down, appeared to be the quad injury at a higher level.

We (as in everyone) probably need to see 2-3 weeks of west teams playing each other to have any idea who is the best of this misfit bunch…

Jake Rudock?

Transferred to Michigan for his senior season and enjoyed a cup of coffee in the NFL. He is now a med student.

I mean, I’m sure he’s a decent guy, but seriously… Dude embodies mediocrity when it comes to qb play. Being a backup qb in the NFL, for just a few seasons, doesn’t really move anyone’s needle does it?

Oh ****, I didn’t even realize that was him. I just googled “fat qb gif” and that was literally the 1st one on google images. Now, in hindsight, it would’ve been funnier if it wasn’t him.

I also feel bad for the kid, badly used before the injury and then hurt. Just sad..
