You’re assuming people are criticizing Deion because he’s black. That certainly could be true from some who are criticizing, but I think much of the criticism is in response to his confidence/arrogance.

Absolutely spot on. No place for that. Ever. I have no retort. Deion’s actions and those of his players and coaches don’t call for that crap at any time. Even though I didn’t post it, I could have condemned it. So for that, I’m guilty. For what it’s worth, I’ll try to do better moving forward.

Deion deserves a lot of what he gets. That said, I didn’t see the humor in that meme at all. You just can’t post that stuff. When I saw it, I cringed, simply because of the connotation. Not really sure what a shuckster is, so maybe that’s where it relates, but since I don’t know what a shuckster is, I took it as bad form.
