How long can you go?

I've gone 4 days with only water, much coffee, and one diet soda per day.
Felt fine, especially after the first 24 hours.

I need to get back to doing this again... for 6 months I would do a 3 day fast on a weekly basis... Sunday night would be my last meal and I wouldn't eat again until Wednesday evening... I felt GREAT and it worked wonders on all kinds of things for me... now I've gained a ton and my joints hurt again from all the abuse I've put myself through... time to make a change again... thank you for the inspiration & motivation to get busy with it!
it's taking life off of "easy mode". if we never challenge ourselves, then it becomes more difficult to face future challenges. gotta stay sharp.
similarly, I turn off text help, car support, i sleep on the floor, i sit in the heat for hours (when it was still really hot out), and maybe some other stuff I'm not thinking of right now.
so yea, all it means is to challenge myself.
My son just got done Monday on a week's fast. He loves to do that every couple months or so. He has a lot more discipline that I do, takes after his mom.
As the guys say here, if you can do it, its a great way to get and stay healthier.
Thought you were gonna say how long can you go in bed? That's when the real liars come out.
The guy has real issues and thinks this is the open forum or something half the crap clutters the board with nonsense..

How does it make you feel better? What is the reasoning behind it? Do you just intake water?

I know you only started this board 5 months ago, but that is what everyone did from the start of the forum if it was OT if it wasn’t sports related..
Jae lived on the open forum never seen him around the Husker board and when that went away he had no place to go.. That’s fine but I know How hard it is now a days putting OT:
