"The BIG sucks. We need to go somewhere else that doesn't suck" is tired and backwards.

So, we can't win in the BIG and the cure for that is moving to a league with "better" competition? Really?

The cure to our issues is within our control. Getting a coach in here that knows his *** from a hole in the ground for the first time in 20 years, and then giving him the things he needs to have in order to win football games is within Nebraska's locus of control. We aren't required to blow off our head every few years with ridiculous decisions. That's not a BIG by-law. We have done that to ourselves.

Our success is within our control. Not PSU's. Not Michigan's. Ours. Pissing and moaning about the conference holding us down is the exact loser mentality that got us to 4 win seasons in the first place.

The BIG didn't bring Nebraska in hoping to make us suck. We did that to ourselves. And it's up to us to get out of that hole. Not a magical conference switch.

It's in the BIG's interest for us not to suck. Money makes this league go, and a resurgent Nebraska generates $$$$. That's why we are here instead of Missouri or Colorado.

I certainly believe we have sucked DESPITE how badly the B1G sucks, not because of it

we are very fortunate to play in the worst division in all of P5, and in a bottom 2 or 3 P5 conference on the whole

a quick turnaround should be well within Rhule & co's grasp

this year, the B1G might be the worst P5 conference in the country. certainly bottom 2 behind the SEC, Pac 12 and big 12, with a real argument the ACC is also better top to bottom.

Wolf fans are pretty typical Big Ten fans. Basically the only fans that actually care about winning are NU fans, PSU fans and OSU fans. The rest of them are happy with just "doing okay"

Wolf fans brag about having the most wins but they have no titles. It is insane. Normal fans would be embarrassed about that.

And that is pretty much it in the last 80 years. Basically none of the wolf fans were alive when Michigan last won it all.

Then you get smoked by TCU and wolf fans are okay with it.

Feels better than being a fan of the most laughable so called blublood program in the country. One little half gifted title in the last 50 years and your best coach in program history has no title to speak of. Every other blueblood laughs at Michigan. Your program is a joke....

Appalachian St. says hello. Surely you recount that little gem? Preseason Top 5 losing to a D1A school at the “Big (chuckle/chuckle) House”.

I’m pretty sure when ESPN does their “Worst losses of all time” review that Northwestern/Nebraska 2022 won’t be in it, but I’m quite sure that flogging will be.

That’s the pattern with Michigan you act like you are so great and then you end up with nothing at the end of the season. Year after year.

You can come to our board and tell us how bad we are - like we haven’t seen it with our own eyes but good lord man take some inventory on your own team. TCU - yes you made the playoffs but then to lose to TCU - wtf man.

Not only fired our coach but we were so digusted Trev fired him on the spot instead of waiting and saving money.

I like Hargod and despise the NCAA and to be honest I know very little about what happened here and am taking Jim's side anyway....if "all" he did was lie to the NCAA and or violated tampering rulez during the Covid scamdenic IDGAF. NCAA has made a complete joke of themselves and I hold snail crap in higher regard.
