Pulled pork, brisket, and smoked mac+cheese on the sandwich.
S mokin Barrel is 10x better than Porky Buttsif in Omaha... Porky Butts is far and away the best BBQ in my opinion. Any who disagree are well within their rights to be wrong.

that looks spectacularI made a pulled pork pizza a few weeks back. Sweet Baby Ray's, caramelized onions, roasted jalapenos, pulled pork, whole milk mozzarella and colby jack, red onions.

It is an investment of time of course, but if I spend Sunday drinking beer, watching football, and smoking a pork shoulder I’ve got dinner for the week between sandwiches, tacos, pizza, nachos, etc.Yeah yeah homemade is always best. But I ain't always got time for that
This, except the eastern 1/3 of the state is superior to the other 2/3. Vinegar-based sauces absolutelyAnywhere in North Carolina

I just toss it in the crock pot, but, yeah, tons left over.It is an investment of time of course, but if I spend Sunday drinking beer, watching football, and smoking a pork shoulder I’ve got dinner for the week between sandwiches, tacos, pizza, nachos, etc.
And let’s be honest…I was always going to drink beer and watch football anyway.
Yes. Plus the alone time on the deck with a cooler full of brew, "watching the coals and temp" and the football. It is an investment of time of course, but if I spend Sunday drinking beer, watching football, and smoking a pork shoulder I’ve got dinner for the week between sandwiches, tacos, pizza, nachos, etc.

This guy that lives near me...he smokes out in his drive way...just sits there with a bunch of beers, probably while his wife sits inside with wine.Yes. Plus the alone time on the deck with a cooler full of brew, "watching the coals and temp" and the football.
I am not a huge NFL fan so Sunday is what it is, but I can spend a whole Saturday smoking whatever, with the TV on from 10 to 10, and no one bothers me, except to know what time we will eat. This guy that lives near me...he smokes out in his drive way...just sits there with a bunch of beers, probably while his wife sits inside with wine.
People who eat coleslaw are damaged inside.Home. Seriously anyone can cook a pork shoulder. A little sauce and some slaw.
I was not aware you lived in my neighborhoodThis guy that lives near me...he smokes out in his drive way...just sits there with a bunch of beers, probably while his wife sits inside with wine.
You'd better have your wife getting the sides ready while she is sitting on her *** inside drinking the wine, like any self respected man would.I was not aware you lived in my neighborhood
Make it stop!!!!!!! Why don't you just put $25 bucks in the trash can instead. ha ha haCharlie, this is what you do. Buy a big pork butt for about 15 bucks at Bakers. Rub it down with some barbecue seasoning. There’s a million of them. Maybe add a touch of liquid smoke. Put it in a crockpot on low at 11 PM and go to bed. Wake up at 6 AM and you’ve got the beginnings of 20 pulled pork sandwiches. Freeze up 3/4 of it in a few Ziploc bags and you’ve got pulled pork sandwiches for every husker game this year.
Smoking barrel is decent I'd put them 2nd. They do make really good pork belly burnt ends.S mokin Barrel is 10x better than Porky Butts
