TOS is saying allegations will come out of Minnesota any day. I have no idea what the allegations are or how big of a deal it will be, but the Minnesota 247 guys are already in spin mode, so it's probably not nothing.

This happened to Urban while at Ohio St. Got suspended 4 games (I can't remember the offense, but I think it was pretty serious), but those 4 games were against patsy opponents.
If you want to make the 4 game suspension mean something, make them against big time opponents.

I don't know if this is related to the latest rumors or not, but last summer, a former player was tweeting allegations that Fleck mistreated players. He claimed other players felt mistreated as well. Here's a 247 article about it.

I would have a tiny bit of respect for them if they had just been honest and said “we do not want to answer a bunch of uncomfortable questions while also potentially subjecting ourselves to even more liability.”
to my knowledge, no northwestern employee has answered so much as a single question with regards to what they supported (actively or passively) for more than a decade

The fact that the president and or athletic, Director didn’t make this decision for these players, and even the interim head coach is embarrassing and somewhat disgusting. The lack of leadership at the institution is so lacking. It isn’t funny.
I view it more as the Wolverines will be in win-one-for-the-gipper mode for our game. 🫤
I’m no fan of the B1G but am a fan of the coin. The die is cast. It’s time to accept the fate. TO got screwed at every turn by his fellow Big12 ADs so screw em. It’s a joke conference without OU and UT and looks more like a group of 5 conference once those 2 are gone.
There was some of that early on and Warren was a disaster but I think things are trending better. We HAVE to win more games.
I still think the new Big 12 sounds like a fun conference to watch from a football standpoint. With the new additions, there is a wide variety of offenses and defenses. I like watching games where teams with contrasting styles clash.
Yeah probably but I enjoy watching the Mountain West too….. I miss the old rivalries but that died with the Big 8. We would have been a terrible fit in the SEC and the B1G made the most sense at the time. It’s done. It ain’t goin back. Time to hold our nose and cash the checks.
Along with the handful of nickels that the B12 would divide up every year as the payout. There's a reason that many teams are trying to get into the B1G - like maybe $100 million per team in 2024

Yep. We're not going back. I'm thinking purely of which non-Nebraska games I want to watch on a Saturday. I'd much rather watch BYU-ISU than Illinois-Minnesota.
How are Earth are things trending better? This conference sucks for us, hate us and wants us to fail. But like you said it’s done and there are no take backs. So I guess we need to make Chicken Salad.
Maybe they are just focused on winning football games and not diddling little kids and organizing klan rallies.

The SEC does things like give players improper benefits. They don't have coaches butt diddling little boys in the shower, or have team doctors molesting athletes, or have players hazing other players by putting players in two rows, standing side by side while doing the helicopter with their dicks and forcing the other players to walk through gauntlet style.
