Diet and exercise work every time. Some may be more efficient at utilising the nutrients they consume, but diet and exercise work every time.
On another note, it always amazes me to see morbidly obese coaches anywhere beyond HS. But they are everywhere.

It is amazing what even 30 minutes can do.
I used to workout 6-7 days a week for about an hour. Then life got in the way (my excuse)
I started back up about 5 months, changed my diet to just not overeating and got back in the gym. No more than 45 minutes each time. The change is unreal.
It is SHOCKING how at Walmart girls look a certain way and across the street at Target...girls look very very different.

It's why I think people predicting the demise of Target are wrong. People who shop at Target generally don't want to shop at Wal-Mart.
I also compare grocery shopping at Walmart to HyVee. Milfs shop at HyVee…methheads at Walmart.
