Nothing suggests college education quite like, “me and him”, twice in first sentence.

Hope he can read defenses better than he speaks…..

I've had job applicants with typed resumes, but the letters were all written like in text messages.

Why not just wait and get a couple QBs out of the portal in December? Seems like it doesn't make much sense to recruit "project" QBs out of high school anymore.

Have you seen the new Adidas (I think it is new) ad with a very gay or trans or whatever man modeling an Adidas bikini? My days of spending money on Adidas attire are now over. My question though, do you think recruits will care about this?

Well he's not being recruited as a Rhodes scholar. So what I'd like to know are his football credentials - yards passing/rushing, TD's, interceptions, completion pct., 40 time, etc. - ie., the stuff that's relevant to his on the field performance.

We might, he doesn’t have an offer yet , they want to see him throw in person. You have to remember we don’t have Mr. Onside and Aunt Mario working with our Qbs anymore.

I think Deion Sanders leading the development of student athletes saying things like “we comin” and “I keeps receipts” says it all about the education of a lot of these student athletes.

What is it with these people, a man wants to dress as a woman because they are a failure being a man sounds about right
The ones that identify as a woman and go beat the girls in swimming and other sports are a sad bunch. Let the girls compete with other girls. Period.

As a matter of public record , yes they will. I was watching the debate on LB 574 and a state senator from Omaha insisted that if it passes, recruiting will be impacted and NU will never win any titles again. Alabama and Georgia have passed similar legislation, so their days are numbered.

How much do you estimate you spent annually on adidas attire?

Not that I agree with their message, but context is important

Regarding these "woke" corporate ad campaigns like the now infamous Bud Light one, an executive from the advertising industry says many of them can be tracked back to the influence of Blackrock Investments. They jawbone the companies into demonstrating their wokeness so they can broaden their appeal to other groups of consumers. Now their motive, whether they're promoting their own ideals of wokeness or whether their trying to create investment opportunities by shorting the stock and then buying it back at a lower price, is unknown. But it could be both.

Good point..But for the majority of us these ads are down right embarrassing showing how our society is failing..

I started buying Adidas duffles, golf bags, t shirts and tennies when the Nike thang went woke. Not a huge amount but woke advertising taken across the whole market will add up to a loss.

18 carries for -16 yards his junior season. So definitely not a dual threat type.
Well can he run at all? Because it is just a factor in the Matt Rhule offense. in 2015/2016 qbs ran ~ 5 times a game. In 2015 PJ walker had 300 yards in 2016 he had -100. Though I think college add in negative sack yardage in their running I suppose those rushing numbers could be misleading.

Big Red should switch to New Balance…in addition to reppin a big N logo, the brand is endorsed by 93% of Nebraska lawn mowin dads…joking aside, FuelCell is my favorite midsole cushioning at the moment…so good

I would be a little puzzled if we took this guy but they might be a little desperate at this point. That’s the problem with putting all your eggs in the Raiola basket. Damn. Wish they had kept Synek on board. Personally I would rather have Smothers come back than to chase other high school projects.

What’s sad is that you know there will be unsigned high schoolers who will blow up as first year starters this fall and then we’ll be full.

Jeremy Pernell is saying that Daniel Kaelin from Bellevue West and committed to Misery is now on flip watch. He'd be an excellent pickup.

Looks like we might be getting the Bellevue West QB. He just decommited from Missouri. Obviously crystal balls to Nebraska, if you believe those things.
