I’m pretty sure the teams we play have a lot more talent than the opponents of Temple / Baylor.

Bill Busch says we should be WAY over 6 wins …. Echoing what some of us have been saying

I like Bill Busch, but most any fired coach is going to say that. Jack up the expectations on the new staff. I would do the exact same thing. "They should win a lot of games. Easy schedule."

As for me, I want to see if the line goes up like it usually does and then I'll bet the under. I think the team is at least a year away. But I won't put a lot on it so that I can still root for the Huskers and hope I'm wrong. Probably sounds stupid, doesn't it?

Absolutely no excuse for not winning all the nonconf games

Temple in 2013 played Notre Dame out of conference and their schedule included 3 ranked teams. Their schedule was more difficult than ours this year

With regards to conf games - Scott frost won 3 conf games his first year with a QB who had never taken a college snap and whose cross over games included 11-1 OSU and 10-2 Michigan

I certainly hope we have a better coach than Scott Frost
