I'm Catholic but it doesn't bother me too much. I guess my biggest problem is that somehow he didn't think it would be a problem if he said it. That lack of judgement bothers me a lot more that the phrase itself.

If he was my employee, he'd already be gone. My employees sign an ethics and character statement. They know, that this language in or around the office or on any public social media platform is unacceptable and grounds for termination. I wont stand for someone degrading another human because of their gender, race, ethnicity, religion or whatever. They just don't represent themsleves, they are a representation of me and my family's company. I'd imagine that the school would have something similar.
