Derrick Henry on the move now? Wow....article I just read favors the Bengals...that would be a very difficult team to beat if he does indeed go there. I assume their O line can only get better and with Henry for a battering ram, freaking yikes..

Good for the Bengals if true. They are probably tired of Mixons shenanigans

if I'm the deadskins or the falcons, that's the bargain of a lifetime
It will be that for the opposing fan bases.

He doesn’t inspire skills players to come to play with him. TE’s might be the exception because they know the routes he can scramble around for will eventually find him.

As a deadskins fan, I'm open to it, but just because you've made bad decisions in the past doesn't mean you need to rectify them. They are set up well with contracts, draft picks, etc...don't burn it unless you're sure it's the right move. They should've kept Cousins and built the OLine.

Keep the future picks and sign the LT from the Chiefs, Brown

The Jones contract is only 82 million guaranteed. Most in the first 2 years. Easy to pull the rip cord if he regresses

Ravens should quietly be negotiating with Jimmy G right now, take the 2 first round picks, help Lamar pack, then parlay both of the #1's into a legit #1 WR....everyone wins.

Lamar is gonna scam everyone involved. Sure he's exciting to watch at times, but he is all about himself and whatever team he is on (unless he's the backup or hurt) will do nothing in terms of Superbowl appearances.

I do not agree this is a scam...I think people/fans just can't wrap their arms around the fact an organization just doesn't think some QB's are worth what the QB's themselves tbink they are worth, and that's OK. Ravens have made him a few offers that they are comfy with and Lamar said no, and that's OK to. I think the Ravens are playing this brilliantly. I also think when Lamar refused to travel or play at the end of the season he slit his own throat...if a player wants what Lamar is asking for...then get your *** on the field and gut it out and up your leverage by playing well and winning another playoff game. Hell Danny Dimes parlayed one good playoff game into 40mil per season...while Lamar was sitting at home pouting.

Guy won the MVP on a team that has ranked 32nd in the league in offensive spending during his career. Is a top 3 player in terms of total offense per game when he’s healthy. There isn’t anything more he needs to do on the field, especially compared to daniel Jones & Derek carr.

It’s collusion, plain and simple

Lamar doesn’t have an agent & isn’t interested in the traditional way of doing things in terms of negotiating

Owners are using him to send a message. Nothing more, nothing less

If by collusion you mean owners don't want to start handing out guaranteed contracts to players who only play in half their games the last two years because of injury and pouting then I agree with you...and as somebody who pounds on the B1G for never winning anything, ever, you seem pretty impressed with an MVP trophy in a season in which he won.....zero playff games.

I would take Lamar in a heartbeat at the right price and nobody can name 10 QB's who are better on the entire planet right now....I just wouldn't sign him for what he's seeking...just to be clear.

that happens when you're playing 2 vs 11, which is essentially what Lamar's been doing his entire career

and he's never played less than 12 games in a season

"half" - LOL

Lamar's 46-19 in his career & only 26 years old

Missing 9 of your teams last 21 games (and guaranteeing your team doesn't make the playoffs in the process) isn't exactly half. I apologize. I exaggerated. Slightly. I honestly did think it was more though.

pack have done it before when a star QB yanked them around too long

But they had another star waiting in the wings...not sure they have that now and if Rogers does leave for another team I put that on him, not the Pack. They clearly want him.

...I don't get Rogers personally. Seems like a complete doosh to me. I feel like he checked out when G.B. drafted Love and is just going thru the motions now. I think he has all time great talent with a wishy washy attitude...juice ain't worrh the squeeze no more IMO.

I'm not sure the pack clearly want him - they gave the Jets clearance to court him, after all

he won back to back MVPs after love was drafted, but, I agree - he has the typical attitude of a frequent & proud drug user

I hope he goes to the Jets...they have a better roster. Baltimore hasn't dun him any favors that's for sure...so maybe it's best everyone says goodbye here.
Baltimore won a championship with flacco of all people. They don't think they need to pay Lamar.

Commanders have reached a four-year, $90 million deal with defensive tackle Daron Payne.

That team needs a lot, I am curious why they'd sink that much money into a DT.....In all honesty I think they should go after Lamar.....they need a QB pretty bad.

Difference is Burrow is worth it.
I don't follow the NFL that closely, but wouldn't teams like the Bengals argue that they don't want to break the bank on a QB so they can continue to be a contender? Burrow could shop around, but teams that are going to pay the most probably will not have cap space to build a top roster. So you go to Burrow and say hey, we can give you a monster contract or give you a better roster, but not both.

It's a fine line for sure...but in a perfect world you do both and you have to remember rookie contracts for star QB's are the best bargain in all of sports so it makes sense the QB's want theirs when their contract is up. I think as a fan you just hope both sides are reasonable on that. Think Brady and the Pats....Rogers eats up 17% of the Packs salary, so in that scenario his greed screwed up their shot to contend unless they hit on every draft pick because they can't resign Adams or attract somebody of his caliber now.
