We absolutely need him. The reality is that OSU has procured and developed FAR better talent than us and this kid saw playing time for them. Let's be real, C Tannor would never have started at OSU, potentially wouldn't have even made the 2 deep. With that said the possibility of getting a kid that's a bigger better version of Tannor...Yeah I'll take it.
OSU’s roster had him at 265 I think which I guess is big enough to play the 5? Seems like you would want a guy over 280 in the B1G but I don’t know much.

I agree. My only point is that just because a player from OSU enters the transfer portal, it doesn't mean that he will be any good.

Already been said but Johnson never saw the field and Jean-Baptiste would’ve had the second most sacks on our defense with his production at tOSU. He would play significant minutes this season if we got him, without a doubt.
