Upside: Annoying OSU fans in my area of Pennsylvania will be quiet come Monday. Also can troll my OSU friend a bit. Lol.

Downside: Equally obnoxious SEC fans won't shut the hell up now. Oh well. At least I don't have to put up with as many in person. Lol.

I feel like Ohio State **** the bed on their second-to-last possession. Quit effing with the play clock and play for a TD. Punch it in, and you win. Settle for a FG, and you leave the door wide open.

Man what a great game. I always find it amusing when a Greta game like that all comes down it some pipsqueak kicker.

how about running the ball after Stroud gets into FG range with 35 seconds left?

Day's seat should be boiling

Day didn't help him out any with his play-calling. You have timeouts left - get 7-8 yards on the ground and it's a much easier kick.
My thoughts as well. Keep attacking, something quick and over the middle but no they went for everything deep. 10 yards would have made a big difference.

Yeah, that too. But on that other possession they were driving the ball right down Georgia's throat until Day went into the Prevent Offense.

Yes, huge difference between kicking from 40 and kicking from 50, especially with the game on the line. From 40 he probably doesn't pull-hook it into the left rough.

Is Ryan Day a brain-dead coach? Maybe more than just a little hyperbole on that statement, but his playing calling is terrible in crucial moments. The drive after they got in Georgia territory on the series before Georgia's last touchdown were terrible. Then he followed it up by more bad calls after CJ got the ball to the Georgia 35. He put his team in a position to lose.

As mentioned Day deserves the heat and not the kicker. Hitting from 50 yards is a dice roll especially in college. Curious to see what they're saying on the OSU forums. Should be worth a couple of cheap laughs especially while I'm hammered for the new year LOL. I do feel kind of bad for the OSU kicker though.

I went to Bucknell myself for undergrad. The average ACT is about 30. We're going to compete for the Natty next year as ACT scores are what matter for football programs.

Sorry I couldn't resist. Have a good night all and go Huskers.

I don't like these results.

I hope we all forget about them once a real playoff starts. These teams aren't totally invincible.

The average is 20.9
He’s from Alabama. They round up to tens there… 20.9, move the decimal to make it 29 and now might as well call it 30

I’m only half kidding. Went down a little bit of a rabbit hole on that, cause I was like is UGA a good school. Always herd outside of Vandy & Florida, $EC was bad academically. And honestly Athens is like IVY league compared to the other $EC schools but that 30 ACT is based off of a survey for students who took time to fill out the survey. Guessing the kid who made a 17 didn’t take the survey or more likely not tell the truth.

Priceless.
Oh wow. I had a typo on a message board… that’s priceless? How cute. I bet you studied my post for that.

I bet that made your night. Happy New Year. Cool guy

Hey while your at it it’s “SEC” not “$EC” right? $ is not a letter. LOL

When some blowharding ******* who can't spell "you're" and "heard" keeps blathering on and on and on about his superior education, it's hard to hold back.

Well good thing my education is in math and I’m not writing a dissertation. Writing on a message board…

But can you use blowhard again. Seems to be your go to

For someone who is so into the English language, your username isn’t capitalized nor is it a word in the dictionary. And the words blowhard and ******* are basically redundant. But no one gives a **** because it’s a message board

A bigger tournament likely means earlier exits for all BIG teams not name OSU.
yea

it'll be bad when B1G have to win post season games against full-strength opponents

NU will do well, though, so long as we do everything in our power to not play B1G-style football, which has proven to not be able to win anything ever

I mean, happy new year guys/gals. We are just crapping all over each other for the new year. Feels like a sign of things to come in '23. Sigh.

I think we saw the best 2 teams last night. The early line of Georgia being a 2 touchdown favorite over TCU probably proves that even more. Vegas will be looking hard for TCU money and will probably see a 17-20 point Georgia win
