Josh is trash. He'll flame out in under 2 years.
If you are referring to the head coach, McDaniels has already flamed out. The word is that the cash strapped Raiders don't have the money to buy him out and bring in a new staff. McDaniels is getting two years whether they still want him or not.

Other than Maxx Crosby, who every coach in the world should use as an example of true effort, the Mayock/Gruden drafts are collectively maybe the worst in NFL history, and that includes the late AL years.

Carr is ok. He just doesn't win. I've been calling for this since the poor start. I wish him well with the Jets/Panthers

reports he isnt even going to be with the team the last two weeks of theseason.

That seems so strange to me. F you buddy.

Carr isnt that good. Seeing him with his fake “im more frustrated with this loss than anyone ever” schtick at the podium after each loss got old.

Not sure Mr. Adams would agree to that!!! But WTH, I like the outside the box thinking.
"Obviously, I don't think anybody was excited about it in here," Adams said of Carr's demotion. "Him being one of my really good friends and the reason why I came here in the first place.
The Raiders traded first- and second-round picks in the 2022 draft to acquire Adams from Green Bay. They then signed him to a five-year, $141.25 million deal. When prompted on Wednesday, Adams declined to address his future with the team. He also said that he's spoken with Carr since the news broke and planned to do so again later Wednesday.

Carr hasn’t won because of his crappy team owner. He got his team to the playoffs last year with his special teams coordinator as the interim. I hope my Vikings trade Cousins for him.

I think Jets should definitely be in play for him. Hard to actually say the jets I think are one serviceable QB away from being a legit contender.

It’s the old catch 22. You can’t be a great team without a great QB. You can’t be a great WB without at least a good team around you.

I liked Carr and feel like he got the short end of the stick. If they are truly moving on from him to get some new blood at QB, this isn't the way to do it. Let him finish the season and give him a proper sendoff. He has started 91 straight games and wanted to be nothing but a Raider his entire career. New ownership is needed with the franchise. I'm convinced Josh McDaniels was sent from Bill B to LV to further destroy the franchise. Both Josh Mc and Davis are absolute trash.

I see Carr as a top 15 QB in the league. There are a number of teams who could use him (Carolina, NYJ, Tampa Bay when Brady moves on?). I'm not sure who ends up QB'ing the Raiders. Checkdown King, Tom Brady? Jimmy G? Does Rodgers finally leave GB? With Davis still involved, you can probably assume he trades the entire 2023 draft for Russell Wilson or something idiotic.

I question why I support the Raiders every day. It's nothing but pain.

Carr just doesn't win enough. He's had 9 years. I realize he's had a lot of different coaches. But a good reason to sit him is that they want to trade him. He doesn't have much value if he gets hurt at this point in the season. They've made a decision to move on from him. They'll try to trade for draft picks and maybe some money. So, if they can draft a QB or OL (which they really need) and then sign a free agent. LJax is unhappy and could be available. Then there's the possibility of Brady who knows how to run the Patriot system that McDaniels runs. I liked Carr, but he just didn't win. That's just about the most important metric there is. Like with Amart. I totally understand the pain in being a lifelong Raiders fan.

I’ve always kind of had a soft spot for them as a Vikings fan. They screwed up letting Bisacci go.

No doubt in my mind that they win 10 games this year with Rich. The team played for him despite the turmoil. He deserved a full year.
