No longer a Husker, he can suck it. Hope he fails miserably, just like the rest of Michigan players. Im pretty sure he isnt even a Nebraska kid. Didnt he move from somewhere else?
Seriously? How do you feel about kids who 'jilt' other programs and come here?

Two years ago, Michigan was 2-5. Things change. And they can change back. Good wishes to Ernest, but we're not gonna be THAT team for much longer.

And it could have been worse but Michigan is a blue state and they were afraid like the commissioner and not play games with Covid…

What's so hard to understand about wanting what's best for Nebraska? Kid leaves = screw him, kid transfers in = good.
There's a difference to me, anyway, about wanting 'what's best for Nebraska' and being vitriolic about it....

Is cowardice the reason why we have an all-time winning record vs all Big Ten opponents?

You need to stop smoking those bananas.
imagine thinking >.500 record vs historically the least nationally competitive conference in the country is something to brag about

only those clad in corn & blue could achieve such bloviating heights of autofellatio

Well "he can suck it" isn't really my style, but if he's playing for a conference rival, why would we want him to succeed?

Am I an a*& hole for wanting this to happen. I want him to regret this for the rest of his career.
He will get a great education if he studies and will be playing on a good team. How can anyone blame the kid for leaving?

assuming they don't bring in another group of 4 and 5 stars and recruit over him. Also Barrett is leaving after this year, but they have a 2 Fresh and a sophomore on the 3 deep, already with a year in the system.
Sorry but you're incorrect. Barrett has not yet announced. He has 1 more year of eligibility. The expectation at UM (as of today) is that he will return in 2023.

You don't seem to know anything about college football history.

Your greasy faced teenage "I hate this town we moved to!!!" shtick is weak.

Don't blame others for your program's troubles.

So even less likely that Hausman will see significant PT next season?

are you going to school me about the Prestige the B1G gained pre- and mid-wartime?

if not for the media (B1G's staunchest supporters), would you have any national championships in the modern era of college football?

2 outright national titles for the B1G in the past 52 years. how's that for history?

Ok, so even if Barrett stays, there will be 5 guys on the roster next year that will have more experience than Hausman, already on campus, plus any incoming freshmen. He was probably penciled in as a starter at Nebraska, or at worst on the 2 deep.

It says nothing about our program. It says a lot about his critical thinking abilities.

He’s got a new fan base to cheer him on, not sure why some insist we continue to also. He doesn’t care about Nebraska and is going to try beat us on the field the next 3 years, so I will not be wasting my time rooting for him, UM can worry about that.

You start by using the term "historically" and then get upset when someone points out the history of the conference.

All the games count. All the seasons count.

"Historically" speaking.

the person posting facts is upset?

you sure it's not the visitor slinging personal insults?

more history - this time a little more recent in reply to the "problems with your program" comment:

Nebraska haven't beaten a non-B1G P5 team in 5 years. we are extremely lucky to play in a conference in which the worst teams we've ever fielded in the history of our program can not just compete, but actually win a few!

enjoy regaling your corn and blue clad family & friends with stories from yore (the early 1900s) when the B1G actually won on a national level this Christmas Season

I get the fact kids could be butt hurt about losing/changing coaches. But this thing has the essence of a dead carp with rumors of tampering etc.

Wish he would have stayed. He'll be a good one

Yep - I hope he gets his degree and goes on to have a very successful, fulfilling life with his only regret being how much he wasted his college football career.

Look. You started everything by talking **** about Michigan.

We are a better program than you are all-time. We are better in our head to head series. We are better than you are this season. We have more conference championships, more national championships and a better record vs other blue bloods than you. Yes, you can parse some years in which you were better. But all time trumps any subsegment of all time.

There isn't anything to add beyond that.

I stand by everything I said, and you immediately cowering to the 1800s as proof of michigan's "prestige" drives my point home beautifully

so B1G it hurts

thanks for being a pawn once more, you cowardly dunce

here's hoping your anus is prolapsed once more on the national stage!

mich should be better considering the population size, and school size. but if you consider them, mich really isn't...plus considering mich is tampering with our players pretty much speaks volumes.
I think it's far to say mich is alot like texas, doing less with more.

Wisconsin was complaining about Michigan tampering with their players before we played Wisconsin and most fans thought wisconsin was just blowing hot air. one thing to remember what goes around comes around, can’t wait for jimmy to start whining about it happening to him

After being at the game against Michigan last year, there is no question he is the biggest whiner in the B1G..

We should have never lost to them last year another game where the officials gift wrapped a win for them to stay alive in the playoff hunt.
