He was an assistant under Bobby Knight at Texas Tech. Probably where he learned how to choke people.
If there is a program that can/would keep him it would be UT...
I think they will do a season long suspension and "hope" it goes away.

Big time Austin attorney is saying Beard should not have been arrested and that the complainant wants the charges dropped.

Unless the daughter's boyfriend lives with him, the rumor is wrong. The report clearly says he assaulted a member of his household, and assaulting his daughter's boyfriend would not qualify as Domestic Assault.
We've all wanted to beat the **** out of our daughter's boyfriend before. I'm going to give him a pass.
