We also don’t have a WR coach and our QB position is unsettled, with CT having surgery and being out 6 months.
Made the decision for him even easier. We may not like it but this is the current reality. Hopefully it changes soon.
Well obviously…he chose to play WR at Iowa.
Not sure what that has to do with Nebraska though?
Good for him and his family if that is where he wants to be. Driving distance for his family to see him. Not a school where he can cause Nebraska any issues. He did not want to be in Lincoln. Frankly we have had too many WR who came to Lincoln who did not want to be in Lincoln who ate up scholarships. This is a win/win.
There are 3 major conferences and the Big 12 is one of them. Just look at the views from conference championship weekend. There's a big drop off after the 3rd highest watched game.
Good luck young man, KSU is a good program tbat just won a conference title with a very good coach that could have leff this year if he wanted. I totally get it.

This. Predictable that folks say losing Keagan is no big deal. Look at our current wr room and consider Trey Palmer was the offense last year. Not securing Keagan Johnson's commitment is not exactly a ringing endorsement for the current state of recruiting. Yes we secured the pledge of a previously unranked wr and now an unranked rb, but I think we've viewed this movie before and it doesn't end well.
You choose Nebraska if you want to play in the nfl
You choose KSU if you like lower level football
Half the Pac 12 are doormats for the other half.
8/10 Big XII teams are going bowling and there were no easy games.
I don't think USC or Utah do as well in the Big XII as they did in the Pac
KSU just won a conference championship and would run the Big 10 west

Nothing to drool about in Nebraska. Adrian, Warner, and Honas are all enjoying a number of firsts in Manhattan.
Which is why KState would run it. I'll take 3 losses to ranked teams given the terrible injury luck we had.
