I personally like Ruhle’s approach. I won’t get into the statistical data on the number of high school athletes playing football and how many actually fall into the 4*, 5* ranking… even 3*, but if you’re not taking a creative approach to this recruiting game, philosophically, you’re likely leaving a lot of potential on the table
