A misunderstanding, I’m sure.
Whatever it is, it requires mixing on site rather than sometime before the match. Either the desired effects are best when consumed just after mixing, or it's a way to bypass screening (or both). The second option is more nefarious, so I wouldn't just assume it. But, the fact that they are trying to hide what was going on after seeing they are being recorded raises, um, questions...
I thought the guy was mixing himself a cocktail there in the stands with a sneak-it-in flask. If that is a crime, then I should be on Death Row. Even the other people were helping him out with a strategic camera-blocking lean over.
