people need to give brian a chance...it's not recruits are pileing up to go to des moines iowa.
I think iowa's head coach is looking at retiring and having his son replace him, this has been going on since the start of man. and I'm ok with it.

On the last Husker Doc Talk, Dr. Rob Zatechka said Kirk Ferrentz cannot fire OC Brian, and that only the AD can do that.

I would have thought it was the other way around. And that the AD couldn’t fire Kirk Ferentz, but Kirk could fire the AD.
My guess is that is how they got around the nepotism issue. That Brian would have to report directly to the AD...
Of course the AD reports to Kirk at Iowa...
