Her best game yet as a husker. If I remember, hitting% was over .600 with 4 blocks

Illinois on Saturday and then the big one... Wisconsin next Wednesday in Madison.

This string of 3-0 sweeps have been a little bit too easy. Bring on the Badgers! 🍿

Badgers will be a good test since they aren't afraid of Nebraska. Nebraska has only one loss on the season, every other Big ten Team has at least three. They are better than I expected this year. I love how coach Cook always gets them dialed in by mid season.

Also, I recommend that he advise the ladies to stay away from the football and basketball players. We don't want their losing stench wearing off on them.

Why are they better than you expected? They played for the NC last year, brought back most of last year's team and added Hord, and started the season ranked #1.

I’ve been google Wisconsin volleyball a lot the last couple days in preparation for this one.

Yep. Hoping they finish strong. Have to play OSU again. End with Purdue, WI, and MN, I believe all 3 at Home.

Our women are champions. Our gentlemen? Not so much.
Absolutely true. Other than there being 7 BIG Teams in the TOP 25, we beat Creighton, Kentucky, and Pepperdine, who are in the TOP 25 as well.

These women are impressive. Just like every year, Cook just plays around with the roster and people get nervous. By the end of the year there are probably only 2-3 realistic teams that can beat us and a lot of times one of those teams is ourselves.

I didn't think they'd have only one loss. Lost lexi, Stivrins and Akani. They aren't just winning, they are dominating. They look better than last year at times.

And Caffey. We lost both middles. Replaced one with an All-American, so that was wash. Allick has been a revelation there.

And on the outside, Lauenstein's emergence has eased the short-term loss of Batenhorst to injury.

In the back Akana isn't missed much, though she's on a great club, for sure.

Cook's experiment with Orr hasn't paid off this year, but it can later this season and/or next.

Pretty much everyone Cook has brought in the last couple of years are good contributors

I wonder if Orr will get recruited over. Cook doesn't seem like the type to let his setters work their way into championship form. The middle blocker attack has been 10x better with Hames and Evans.

At this point, it seems the only way they will lose is if they beat themselves, they are in juggernaut mode right now.
