The only guys that would seem worth worrying about keeping around are some WR and RB and I’m sure we could keep them if we kept their position coaches.

there is no scheme for a slow and physically overmatched def line backed up by a terrible LB core

Our guys apparently don't do **** all year is why they're slow. I wouldn't say it's all on Duval, a lot of that is directly on Frost as well. Let's bring in Urban and he can bring in a real strength coach in Doyle.

One of the things I would change is put a padlock on indoor facility and make them practice in all weather conditions except if there's lightning. That thing was built so we could practice in December for the bowl game. Not for air conditioning
