I appreciate his approach to a search by intending to do his due diligence on getting it right without a rush.
I am sure Trev has a shot list of folks he has in mind. I hope this does not become a long, drawn out search. In some ways our membership in the B1G has got to be a selling card on top of our fan base and new facilities. In this era of conference expansion and realignment the B1G and the SEC are right now the two most stable and attractive conferences.
The next coach is likely to be currently coaching - realistically what would be earliest we could hear about a new hire?
Yep Trev handles this great. But his next major decision will define his administrative legacy
No one of the staff or even the players know anything about defense and 0 experience with what a real one looks like.
Yep, that is the fly in the ointment and it means we may not know until the end of the regular season.

what could have went wrong with this group running a millions of dollars business? our biggest losers award belongs to the people who have done the hiring the last 24 years. place the shame on where it rightfully belongs. all of these coaches are exactly who they are and were before they were ever hired.
