Don't know. I remember being a 17.5 underdog to FSU. Probably won't try to research it, but I would tend to think you're real close to being right Super.

I took a while to see what I could find, but most are impossible to locate.

I did find 4 games.

NU vs. FSU NU +17.5 lost 18-16
NU vs MIA NU -7.5 lost 31-30
NU vs GA TEcH NU +2 lost 45-21
NU vs. CLEMSON NU -3.5 - 4.5 NU lost 22-15

All others were regular season games, so not possible to find the lines.

I’m pretty sure Nebraska was two TD favorite over the Canes in the 84 Orange Bowl..

Know this because I remember a couple of buddies losing their *** on the game..

I found 3 different conflicting odds line for this game 38 years ago.

Wikipedia had the largest at NU - 10.5 and two Las Vegas sites had it -7.5 and 7.5, since I don't wager on football I just used the 2 that were set in Vegas. Not of big fan of Wikipedia.

Wouldn't have made a difference if NU was a pick 'em, 'skers still wouldn't have covered.
