Which 5 additional games will they win? I see Duke and that is it. They will be the underdogs every other game. So they’re going to have to win at least three games they should lose. And you are basing this on their quarterback having a great game against Tennessee tech
I am basing it on their style of offense and success with it. Their schedule is tough. 6 wins will not be easy.

But you wrote you think they will win 6 games and go to a bowl, which 5 games besides tenn Tech will they win?

There style of play is what? They were negative 2 in turnovers and relied on big plays to beat an overmatched FCS team.

They had 4 running plays that accounted for 157 of their 297 rushing yards. 26 rushes for 147 is 5 yards a pop but 30 for 297 is 10. Are they going to have 4 plays that average 40 yards per play every week? I’d doubt it.

I would slow my roll a bit, you are still basing your your opinion on a game against a bad FCS team.

Big running plays is exactly what we used to love. I'll take 10 yards per try any day of the week regardless of how it's broken out. Next thing I'll hear is that their plays per score ratio was too low.

I can see them beating TTech, Duke, Kansas State, Iowa State, Texas and West Virginia.

This was the first game of the season, so some hiccups are to be expected. I will kind of keep an eye on them to see how they're improving under Leipold.

You have to run flavor-of-the-month offenses. That way you are recruiting against Alabama, Ohio State, and Texas rather than Navy and Air Force. I would hate to have to recruit an option QB right now, since literally no one runs it.

I think KU's chances of going to a bowl game are better than ours this year. Look at the Texas and Oklahoma games KU played last year. Lance L. has been a winner every place he has been....yes I know not in bigger D1 conferences. But I have more confidence in Lance going bowling every year than I do SF. At KU....Lance will be a hero if they win six games every year to be bowl eligible. Perfect place for Lance.

I can see them beating those teams too just not all but one of them.

Big plays are one thing. Half your yards on 4 plays is something different. Secondly those plays were against a bad FCS team. Not the teams you mentioned.
