There is little doubt that when the players see him on the sidelines, in practice, in meetings, sliding down a rail, they subliminally associate him with losing.
The players don’t trust him and his staff - there are doubts about the play calls, the practice plan, the conditioning program, what they go over in meetings.
Teams aren’t successful when the players have to constantly question the coaches decisions/plans

Honestly, I think this is hilarious. So many Nebraska fans have been dumbed down, especially the last 10 years, that they live in this alternate universe where they think Nebraska football is something special.

Wasn't that the mantra of Northwestern in the 70's and 80's??? This is now the mantra of Nebraska??? WOW have things changed. Unfortunately these players won't be someone's boss someday, unlike Northwestern's players.
