Scarface more of a drug kingpin movie. Very little mafia in it. Still a great movie.

The scene when Deniro takes his boy out of the bar and tells him how the working man is the tough guy. My favorite scene of that whole movie.

He also played a mob boss in a comedy from the 80s called A Fine Mess with Ted Danson and Howie Mandel. Funny movie. You can rent or buy off You Tube.

Watched The Irishman for the first time last week. Very good show as well. Little long though. Loved the way they captioned how everyone died in real life when you see them for the first time in the movie. Yikes....what a ****** profession.

The mob is fascinating. They act like virtuous, upstanding and pious family men and businessmen, while quietly maiming and killing anyone who stands in their way, peddling drugs, corruption, theft, etc.

I love their retirement plan....early (and usually gruesome) death, or serve most of your useful older life behind bars.
