I am really liking this new recruiting strategy. I certainly hope they win some games to keep this going.
And yes, @19Football19, he is a three star recruit, so you don’t need to contribute here. We all know it.

As long as those 3 stars are highly regarded 5.7s I dont have a problem with it. Its when your entire class is made of 5.5 and 5.6 recruits that you know the wheels are falling off.
Well, what is the goal of this new found "strategy"? If it is to improve recruiting, how is that working out?
We’ve had some LBs that needed time to grow, so I like bringing in a solid frame kid right from the jump.
maybe he will challenge and punish the los rather than challenge 7-8 yards back
Did anyone read the OWH article about him? He plays deep middle on D, more like a safety. A lot of spread and speed in Texas so this is how it is negated. He hasn't played a traditional ML with linemen coming at him.
Right now I'm less worried about the overall defense than I am specifically worried about the OL performance.
Just from my (horrible) coaching, I find it much harder to teach kids to play in space.
Pretty good. Top 25 class currently and in good shape with some highly rated kids. After last year's disaster with HS recruiting, this is much more like it.
It will be for everyone, so we'll have to pay out at the highest levels to get the best free agents.
I agree to an extent. In HS, a good MLB who see blockers coming from all the angles and fight through them were gold.
Everyone doesn't have the resources for it though.
We are top 3 in the nation.
