I live outside Nebraska. This site has been a place to bs with other Nebraska fans since 2007. What’s the plan? Is this site/board going to remain with a new name? Is everyone leaving for a new site?

Apparently there is a bit of a hick-up. The Rivals site has stopped the process with some last minute legal issues. So currently, it's a wait and see kind of thing. Leave it to a lawyer to jam up the works.

That explains why I can still access things here. I was wondering what was going on since we have been told that this site was going bye bye as of yesterday. And yet here we are.

Hopefully this site stays open, it’s been a good site except for the fake trolls that pretend to be Husker fans..

In my opinion traffic on this board is going to depend on who rivals ends up all signing for writers. They signed an outsider that has no history with Nebraska football to run the site. They need a guy that has access to inside the program information to keep peoples interest.

I guess I will be here, as it seems this board will stay around. Not going to pay anymore though, I wasted enough money following recruiting and insider info only to have al the insiders leave and rumors get deleted and as for recruiting… doesn’t matter who we got, we just suck.

Hopefully we can be good again someday, and have republicans back in charge. Is that wishful thinking? Lol

Is it still really alive? Or are we just ghosts at this point and we don't know it. Kinda like The Sixth Sense or The Others...

As far as I'm concerned, I care less what some "insider" says about the program, etc. Until NU starts putting a decent product on the field the idea of paying for someone to blow smoke doesn't appeal to me.

I've stayed largely out of the IN vs ON fight, but I have to say one thing is very noticeable, and that's the size of the circle used for an avatar. You can tell a lot about a site by how big that circle is. Just sayin.

it sort of split the subscribers I think..

there are new publishers on this site, Zack is not even in Lincoln yet but in the process of moving here, so I think this site is going to stay up.

Will just be some new people covering the team.

It was just that Xavierred troll that you told to get lost over here. He just registered it before you did. I'm not sure how you'd contact anyone on the new site. They probably don't have moderators yet.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious after awhile. Of course, I'd probably do childish crap like that if I was in college... and an Iowegian.

I heard Nate is staying at Hudl (obviously), but returning here to write free lance part time. It gives the site a guy with name recognition.
