Assuming 7s means half the Normal number of players. Sounds like that could even make it more exciting.

Actually the typical version is 15 a side, 7's is 7 a side and 7 minute halves with a 2 minute break to change sides, so very quick and exciting, it's the current Olympic version of rugby. In tournament play it's common to kick a new match every 20-22 minutes inside the stadium. Las Vegas has been the US stop for the international 7's tour lately, prior it was run at PETCO park in San Diego. Of course it brings all levels to town and many tournaments are held in the days leading up to and around the international matches depending on how far some advance.
