Did Javin Wright not practice again this spring? I thought he was supposed to be back, but never heard his name. If he’s not back, he’s barely played or practiced for like 3 years right?
Did Wildeman play in spring game?
Hardy was scout team MVP so may be early to count him out.
Newsom may not start but probably need to keep him for depth right now.
It was only one play, but seeing NPG give up a touchdown by missing a routine tackle on a walk-on QB I think on the sideline was simply inexcusable. That’s nowhere near “the standard.”

Very few people disapproved of Stepp when he transferred here. Just like nobody disapproved of the Frost and Hoiberg hires.
What about the half dozen or more that were diagnosed? Stepp had missed multiple games multiple times with multiple different injuries every single year since freshman high school. Talented RB but he was a walking medical case study and everyone knew it.
Recruited by Riley, but think he signed with Frost’s first class.
Has had some injuries limiting his time early, then was stuck behind some vets on DL. Also probably wasn’t putting on enough weight.
He moved to OLB last year at least for a bit, but think he’s back at DL. Just never hear anything of him.
I really thought he was gonna do good here when we recruited him.
Stuck with Nebraska when Riley was fired. Spurned his dad’s Hawkeyes to come to NU. Can’t bag on the guy for trying to stick it out and still be productive. Just doesn’t work out for some. Hopefully he’s at least gotten started on a Masters during his time here.
