While I am tempted to get cute here and say, like others on here, "where is Frost on this list?' But I do not dislike Frost personally or even as a coach. He has just underperformed here due to his desire to bring all of his old coaches with him, which was a huge mistake. That said... I voted for Fleck.

It's not Fleck's style to use a lot of profanity and act super tough and gruff like most football coaches do. Instead he tries to motivate and stay positive...which rubs some people the wrong way.
