I find the guy incredibly likable in all honesty and i love his commercials...little cocky to him but not overboard....but man he just can't seem to get away from those silly plays...unless he wins at least one playoff game, you gotta move on. Both parties.

Neither QB seems to be worth much right now. Baker is young enough maybe a change of team/coaching might help, who knows.
If the Steelers get back to grind and play action football, yeah he might be solid transition QB for a season or two. He isn’t worth more than $12-15/year at this point if that.
Yep, and it's hard to accept that when you're a first rounder. Not everyone can do it like Mahomes, Allen or Stafford.
Cleveland wasn't the best landing spot for Baker, I think he'd have more success elsewhere. I wouldn't give him big noney, and make it an incentive laden contract....if my team needed a QB I'd take a flyer on him.
Maybe the steelers can snag him if Big Ben retires this year, lol. Just joking, plz no. Browns are where QB's go to die. Not sure if I'd want to risk it all with Baker.
He isn’t healthy which only spotlights his limitations further. A good backup for a game or two type guy. Blaine Gabbert type maybe.

The Browns have one of the best, if not thee best, offensive lines in the NFL along with 2 All-Pro caliber RBs...injuries, average WRs, COVID and probably just the fact that they're the Browns resulted in the outcome of this season...I'd maybe look at adding some help at the skill positions in the draft to give Baker some more weapons in the passing game, but I think if he's healthy, he's a playoff caliber QB...if the running attack can stay healthy/consistent, he might even be a SB caliber QB...they're built in such a way that the QB doesn't have to win every game
Bakers path so far is why I get it when athletes take the commercials gig before they accomplish anything. Tebow was another example. Strike when the iron is hot and get your money, cause your time in the sun is very short....take all the commercals and bags of money while it's available.

Toward the end of the game, they got to him like 4 downs straight without bringing extra pressure, the Steelers were obviously competing for who was going to pad their defensive stats at that point. At some point, you'd think someone would step up and protect the QB.
