Dude you are WRONG.
No I'm not. I've lived in Des Moines for 20+ years. Have hundreds of hawkeye friends and acquaintances. I'm in a group chat with 10 hawks. They don't follow the sport. Iowa Wrestling is never, ever talked about on local radio. Only time it's been brought up this year is when your weirdo coach got angry at a Non-white wrestler from Iowa State and caused a scene.

riley really had the team in a downward spiral.
it's going to take 1 or 2 more years longer than expected,
for frost to get back to altitude...

Not true. PAC 10 and ACC are good wrestling conferences.
Arizona St, Oregon St and Stanford that‘s it how is that a good wrestling conference that are Power5 schools.🙄

ACC has 6 of 14 teams that have Rassling ..I suppose I could give you a small bone for that.
Even Notre Dame would rather have a hockey team than a men Rassling team..

Again only the Big Ten cares about Rassling the rest of the Power5 don’t give a crap..

I'll help you all out. This is a tallest midget discussion. The only college sports that the casual fan cares about are football and basketball. Neither college baseball nor wrestling is the least bit relevant in the grand scheme of things. There is a reason that major networks have never covered them. Outside of diehard fans for that particular school nobody cares. At all.

No one is saying different, absolutely correct... But you’re right this is about who is the tallest midget and Baseball is the bigger midget over 78 Rassling schools that have only 28 of the Power5 conference schools participate which 14 are in the Big 10😆

You've clearly never been to a college baseball game at an SEC school....

This was in a Dirk Chatelain piece last week. The fact that we TURNED DOWN a pity bowl last year is so pathetic it makes me crazy. I agree that since Kansas has an awesome basketball program, Nebraska is clearly the worst P5 athletic department in the country.

No hyperbole. THE WORST.
Yes. The ABSOLUTE worst really. We are a program with so many resources, excellent facilities, strong fan base (even in 3 win seasons), that underperforms year in and year out.

It is on a level where people are going out of their way to underperform. It boggles the mind.
