Common theme with these new hires, and I haven’t heard Raiola speak yet but the previous coaches that were replaced at OL and admittedly OC in this interview those guys were too laid back. That paired with the players coach Frost there wasn’t enough accountability and grind to go around on that side of the ball. If all these guys can get on the same page it’ll pay dividends in the W-L column this year
That being said, putting together an o line and a new starter at QB is no small task but I like the new makeup of the staff
