His senior year at Nebraska was 2004. He's not affiliated with the university in any way as far as I know.

Yeah, pretty sure he is just waking up from that hit by Jonathan Vilma. They only brought him in to block on plays and he proceeded to get murdered while trying to block the edge if I remember correctly.

No doubt! That was the last Husker bowl game I attended. Jonathan Vilma hit him so hard I thought Ben may have a permanent injury. Should have heard the crowd when he got hit.
