The racist was fired. What else should he have done? He addressed it, formed committees of past and resent players. It made them stronger as a whole. This is why Ferentz is well respected. There will be issues in any program, it’s how you handle them that will define you.

Iowa has one conference championship since 1960. Shared championships don't count, because the ***** Big Ten was too scared to have a championship game that would determine one champion not three. The 1985 team was the only thing resembling Nebraska from 1962-2001 and they still lost their bowl game.
Lol. The 2002 Hawkeyes had the best offensive line in college football and the guy who finished second in the Heisman voting at QB. Went 8-0 in Conference. Played in the Orange Bowl. Only seasons that matter now are making the playoffs. Just like before the only seasons that mattered were playing for a NC.

Ehhhh, bowl game practices are in December...the season starts in August, those practices don't really mean much 6 months later.
