On a different angle it looked like that fumble was out before Reimer hit the RB. It looked like maybe Deontre or somebody hit the ball a step before Reimer hit him.

love that under center on 3rd and short and just move the sticks. Offensive line is playing better
We're putting them in a better position to be successful by rolling the QB and with Smothers actually either taking off with the ball or getting rid of it instead of holding it for 4 seconds.

Thank you, Scott Frost, for not playing Smothers against my Gophers. I don’t think he takes that safety that basically cost you guys that game.

This kids a gamer. But he also plays smart. His future is bright. Hate to say it, but so is Nebraska’s.

He's not going to wow anybody with his arm but I'll take an accurate pass to an open guy, the RIGHT guy, any day of the week over some of the stuff we've seen.
