For a guy that thinks he walks on water, he’s sinking. ESPN would defend him if he took a WWE chair to the guy.

I’m not a LeBron hater, but he deserves all that smoke this morning. Bitchass move and it would’ve been interesting if they would’ve let Stewart get ahold of him. He was ready to throw hands.

"Will Isiah Stewart be suspended after the LeBron James melee" ...USA Today.

I could think of about 100 headlines that would be more appropriate than this. So typical for this douche.

Bron is just a horrible ambassador for the NBA.
This is not true. Again, he deserves the smoke over the cheap shot, but he hasn’t been involved in any serious scandal, despite being anointed at age 15 as the next Jordan. He has done a ton for several communities. Dude opened a school. I assume this will fall on deaf ears to all Jordan fans but whatever. Jordan is/was an incredible prick with just an awful HOF speech, but hey, he is Jordan.

That and he is just a whiny *** *****. Yes, he has done some nice things for the community but so have a lot of athletes. I respect all of their charity, but LeBron is just an unlikeable guy.

He's an idiot. His dumb *** says **** that makes the world worse, not better. And being a dumb *** isn't the worst part, he's as fake and phony as life-long politicians.

It looks like the other guy was trying to grab onto his hand and James tried to pull back to prevent that. Unfortunately that caused quite a bit of force to the other players eye, but he shouldn't have been trying to tangle his arm like that with James. Despite what the OP and the rest of this pathetic thread thinks, LeBron is not a dirty player and I don't think he purposely hit him near the eye. It really takes a pathetic human being to jump all over a guy who’s had a ton of success in his profession and gives back to the community and has never been in trouble off the court.

ESPN tripping all over themselves this morning rationalizing LeBitch's stunt yesterday. Glad the sun is setting on that asshat's career.
While I agree you think he is going to go away after his BB career? LOL he will probably own ESPN and if not immediately hired to commentate sports.

Lol you will be hearing about lebron as long as you live. Silly to think he'll go away. He already is part owner of the red Sox and will probably own an nba team

And BTW, his team sucks. Westbrook was an idiotic trade. AD has been coasting. But Lebron is still playing as well as ever at 36 years old. He still has plenty of elite basketball left in him and isn't going to fade away anytime soon. The obsession from the LeBron haters is borderline psychotic.

Yeah im not even a fan, but the obsession of him from his haters is just creepy at this point. I used to listen to clay Travis a bunch but his lebron derangement syndrome is just pure cringe.

Psychotic? I watched him a couple of years ago berate and humiliate a young referee at the Damien Basketball Tournament his kid’s team participated in. Great role model but yea, I’m psychotic.

Not really. Saying it is creepy to talk about an athlete's off court life is accurate. I dont care about my dentist or plumbers politics or personal life. Why should I care about an athletes? And I said the same thing when people were hounding Ron brown a few years ago or mike gundy last year. If you want to do it yourself ok, but you shouldnt bring TMZ crap onto a sports message board. This board should be for discussing husker sports not lebrons views on a trial.

Glad he got suspended. Bron bron is a self-enamored prick.
Stewart really hurt his team with his reaction.

Bron bron with a bush-league cheap shop. Wish Stewart could have had chance to respond like Jokic did.

I’m not seeing anyone who is sticking up for him say he’s perfect, or always a good role model. To get to that level in any sport there has to be a drive /passion/obsession with winning that none of us can relate to. I think the point some are making is the true hate seems over the top: he’s never made fun of veterans, made fun of how a woman looks (“horse face”)been divorced twice and cheated on all 3 wives, said you can do anything you want with women, including grabbing them by the p$&)@;, or had his charity shut down because of rampant fraud. You would think anyone with that resume would get more hate for how they live their life than Lebron. JMO. I’m sure I’ll get ripped but it’s an honest take. And yes, who knows if he has personal skeletons in his closet, but in this day and age things usually get exposed pretty fast (think tiger woods). As someone else noted, I’m actually surprised he’s turned out as civic minded as he has given he was basically a rock star as a teenager (think Brittany spears/Justin Bieber )

If LeBron would just play basketball I wouldn't have a problem with him. Wouldn't watch. But he shows his ignorance when he tries to lecture everyone on his knowledge of things other than bb.

Dude has negative lateral quickness and is beyond a liability defensively. Add the lose of Athleticism and checking up 15 threes a game has made him a below average player at this point. Anybody can get 20 points when you check up 25 shots. He couldn’t guard me on the wing he’s too slow

Anyone here think those guys coming in on the trades and signings wasn’t approved by him?
He has told management every stop who he wants in and out. Always makes me laugh when the talking heads would say why can’t he get other superstars to come play with him? Well he has the effective GM multiple years well maybe it’s him.
