And we can’t make 30 yard kicks
Coaches are on it … they are committed to fixing the kicking game - they are really after a 5 star kicker out of KC

In fact they are so committed that they offered this 5 star the opportunity to walk on

Our kicker, who Frost signed, was THE ALL BIG 10 KICKER LAST YEAR!. Sigh. Who could have predicted his meltdown this year?
Didn’t frost say he was hurt to start the season, again what the hell is he doing in training or other activities to get hurt, and this is the second one in three years

IIRC our 5 star kicker, Pickering, wrecked his hip trying to hit a golf ball like on Happy Gilmore.
Who knows what Culp did. Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if he fell getting out of his truck.

Anyone who saw him miss 5 FG’s and 3 extra points which caused him to lose his job at LSU?

Kickers do a lot of lower body work to try to strengthen their kicking leg. Imagine trying to swing your leg with some type of resistance device working against it. It is possible he was injured in that manner just as some golfers hurt themselves doing workouts to strengthen their core and improve their swing speed. It's an unnatural action.
